How to make it

  • 1. Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Fry till golden brown.
  • 2. Add chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies and saute for few seconds.
  • 3. Add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup and salt. Mix well.
  • 4. Add corn starch and bring it to a boil.
  • 5. Now add the idlis and mix so as to coat it well with the sauce.
  • 6. Serve hot garnished with cilantro or green onion.
