How to make it

  • Brown sugar in sauce pan continually siring, careful not to burn or it will taste bitter
  • Mix remaining ingredients in bowl - if not sweet put 1/2 cup of sugar in blend
  • take 2 pans and make sure they are dry or the pans will crack
  • coat bottom of pan w/ caramel or browned sugar
  • dump blend on top of caramel
  • put pans in roasting pan and fill roasting pan 3/4 full of water
  • cover with aluminum foil
  • bake 1hour 15 mins at 350
  • loosen your belt and enjoy
