Pineapple Salsa

- 1 (10 oz) can pineapple tidbits, canned in its own juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup minced purple onion shopping list
- 2 TBSP cilantro, chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup poppy seed salad dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Drain pineapple in a non reactive bowl. (I use glass).
- Add all ingredients except the dressing, toss well.
- Add the poppyseed salad dressing and mix well.
- Cover the bowl and place into the refrigerator overnight to blend the flavors together.
- This salsa is particularly good on baked or grilled fish and chicken.
