How to make it

  • Drain pineapple in a non reactive bowl. (I use glass).
  • Add all ingredients except the dressing, toss well.
  • Add the poppyseed salad dressing and mix well.
  • Cover the bowl and place into the refrigerator overnight to blend the flavors together.
  • This salsa is particularly good on baked or grilled fish and chicken.
