- Servings: 2 cups (500 mL) shopping list
- 1 can (19 oz/540 mL) chickpeas, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) tahini shopping list
- 3 tbsp (50 mL) each lemon juice and water shopping list
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil shopping list
- 3/4 tsp (4 mL) ground cumin shopping list
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
How to make it
- In food processor, puree together chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, water, olive oil, cumin and salt. Stir in garlic.
