Tilapia With Mango And Lychee Salsa

- salsa: shopping list
- 1 mango diced shopping list
- 1/2 pineapple diced shopping list
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped cilantro shopping list
- Chopped jalapeno (depending on heat) shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 avocado chopped shopping list
- 1/2 lemon squeezed shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves chopped shopping list
- 3 Tbsp red onion chopped shopping list
- 10 Lychee peeled and pitted shopping list
- Tiliapia Dry Seasoning: shopping list
- 1 Tbsp Black Hawaiian sea salt shopping list
- 1/2 Tbsp smoked paprika shopping list
- 1/2 Tbsp Cayanne shopping list
- 1/2 Tbsp basil shopping list
- 1/2 Tbsp black pepper shopping list
- 2 Tsp dill weed shopping list
How to make it
- Heat pan with olive oil med high and combine all ingredients for salsa
- Coat each side of the fish with the dry seasoning
- Put about half of the salsa mixture in the hot pan and place fish on top of t so the fish doesn't lay on the pan itself and cover.
- Cook about 5 mins each side
- Remove from pan and serve with a scoop of the fresh salsa.
