How to make it

  • Heat pan with olive oil med high and combine all ingredients for salsa
  • Coat each side of the fish with the dry seasoning
  • Put about half of the salsa mixture in the hot pan and place fish on top of t so the fish doesn't lay on the pan itself and cover.
  • Cook about 5 mins each side
  • Remove from pan and serve with a scoop of the fresh salsa.
