How to make it

  • In medium size bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk, stir in lemon juice and sour cream; blend ingredients well.
  • Chill 20 minutes then fill pie crust.
  • Chill 2 hours and garnish with your favorite fruit topping.
  • May be covered and frozen (thaw 45 minutes).
  • Note: if you are going to freeze this don't put the blueberries on the top until you are ready to serve. If youwant to freeze the blueberries, DO NOT WASH before putting them into the freezer or they will be a sloppy mess.
