How to make it

  • combine olive oil, garlic, pepper, in a bowl. mix until well combine then use another big bowl using a whisk blend the strained Greek yogurt and strained sour cream then add the olive oil mixture to the yogurt mixture and mix well strained cucumbers in 1/2 tsp of salt over night with the Greek yogurt and sour cream then finally add the cucumbers and chopped dill
  • chill for 2 hrs
