Gado-Gado Sauce

- 3 Tbsps. peanut butter shopping list
- 3 Tbsps. soy sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. of dried onion, rehydrated, or 1/2-1 T. fresh onion, diced fine shopping list
- 1/2 Tbsp. of chicken broth powder or 1 chicken bouillon cube shopping list
- 3-4 Tbsps. vegetable oil shopping list
- 3 Tbsps. brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 2 Tbsps. sunflower seeds shopping list
- 3 Tbsps. vinegar shopping list
- sliced green onions shopping list
- cooked pasta shopping list
How to make it
- In 3 Tbsps. of vegetable oil, saute sunflower seeds and diced onion for 2 minutes. Add peanut butter and stir, being careful not to burn it. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl or cup, mix chicken base with brown sugar, garlic and 3/4 cup of water. Stir water mixture into peanut butter mixture. Add vinegar and soy, heat through, and serve. Add sliced onion as garnish.
- Serve cold or warm with a 1/2 lb. of cooked vermicelli.
