Ingredients
- • potatoes boiled and cubed – 400gm shopping list
- • carrots boiled and chopped – 200gm shopping list
- • Green peas shelled and boiled – 1 cup shopping list
- • apple Chopped–800gm shopping list
- • pineapple bits – 1 small can shopping list
- • fresh cream – 300ml shopping list
- • Plain mayonnaise 100ml shopping list
- • sugar – ½ tbsp shopping list
- • white pepper 2-3gm shopping list
- • salt as taste 2-3gm shopping list
How to make it
- • Mix all vegetables and fruits in a large bowl.
- • Beat the cream with mayonnaise together with salt, sugar and black pepper and add in salad
- • Sprinkle .
- • Pile on top of the lettuce and garnish with Pinapple
- • Serve chill.
