Ingredients
- a bunch of broccoli shopping list
- one onion shopping list
- shitake mushrooms shopping list
- a pod of garlic shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup of whole milk shopping list
- some leaves of spinach shopping list
- some leaves of rocket shopping list
- cheese (aged gouda / bergkaese / comte / parmesan) shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
How to make it
- Pan-fry the onions and mushrooms in olive oil.
- Add garlic, sea salt, and pepper towards the end of the fry.
- In a different bowl, mix the eggs and the milk.
- In a pie pan, put the vegetables and the leaves of spinach and rocket.
- Fill up the pie pan with the eggs and milk.
- Place thin slices of cheese on top to almost cover the whole pan.
- Put in the oven for about 30 minutes.
