How to make it

  • Pan-fry the onions and mushrooms in olive oil.
  • Add garlic, sea salt, and pepper towards the end of the fry.
  • In a different bowl, mix the eggs and the milk.
  • In a pie pan, put the vegetables and the leaves of spinach and rocket.
  • Fill up the pie pan with the eggs and milk.
  • Place thin slices of cheese on top to almost cover the whole pan.
  • Put in the oven for about 30 minutes.
