Chocolate Upside Down Cake

- 1 cup flower shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp shortening shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- topping shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup cocoa shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup boiling water shopping list
- pre-heat oven -350 shopping list
How to make it
- Sift then measure 1 cup flower
- Add baking powder,salt and sugar then sift again
- Work 2 tbsp shortening with a spoon until soft
- add flower mixture with milk and vanilla
- MIX WELL
- pour in greased shallow square or round dish
- Topping
- combined sugar,brown sugar and cocoa sprinkle on top of batter
- pour 1 1/4 cup of boiling water over mixture
- Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes
