Easy Blueberry Bread Pudding

For the Pudding
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- dash of cinnamon shopping list
- dash of ginger shopping list
For Blueberry Sauce
- 1 cup blueberries shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup wine shopping list
- 1 tbsp sugar shopping list
Other Ingrediants
- Half loaf of day old bread shopping list
- 1 tsp sea salt shopping list
- more cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
For the Pudding
- Mix all ingredients as you would for a regular instant pudding and set aside for now.
For the Blueberry Sauce
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until it begins to thicken. Set aside
Now the fun part
- Slice the loaf of bread and layer it in the bottom of a casserole bowl.
- Pour sauce from blueberries on top, then set blueberries aside.
- Pour pudding on top of bread, covering the entire dish, followed by a dash of cinnamon on top.
- Pour the blueberries in the center of the dish, so that it looks like it has a ring of pudding around the edge.
- Sprinkle sea salt across the top.
- Bake for 35 min at 350 degrees. Let it rest for about 5 minutes before eating
