How to make it

  • For the Pudding

  • Mix all ingredients as you would for a regular instant pudding and set aside for now.
  • For the Blueberry Sauce

  • Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until it begins to thicken. Set aside
  • Now the fun part

  • Slice the loaf of bread and layer it in the bottom of a casserole bowl.
  • Pour sauce from blueberries on top, then set blueberries aside.
  • Pour pudding on top of bread, covering the entire dish, followed by a dash of cinnamon on top.
  • Pour the blueberries in the center of the dish, so that it looks like it has a ring of pudding around the edge.
  • Sprinkle sea salt across the top.
  • Bake for 35 min at 350 degrees. Let it rest for about 5 minutes before eating
