How to make it

  • In a large saucepan melt margarine.
  • Stir in flour, garlic powder and liquid smoke
  • Add milk all at once.
  • Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
  • Stir in cheeses, stir until melted.
  • Stir in corn. If the corn is not completely thawed it's ok, it's just a little harder to stir.
  • Transfer mixture to a 2 quart casserole dish
  • Cover and Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
