  • Gather everything into a small pot and bring to a rapid boil quickly and stop.. Cool down with lid, pour off liquid into spray bottle.. Apply the sop after 1 hour into BBQ (@325 deg) and every 30 minutes thereafter.. This sop is good for all meats.. When cooking USE YOUR THERMOMETER,,, Brisket @ 195 wrap it & @ 200 pull it... cool down and to save moisture dont cut it until @ 150 and serve...
