- 1 thick slice big onion shopping list
- 10oz apple juice shopping list
- 2oz molasses shopping list
- 1oz Worcestershire shopping list
- 2oz apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 good slices lemon shopping list
- 3/4t sea salt shopping list
How to make it
- Gather everything into a small pot and bring to a rapid boil quickly and stop.. Cool down with lid, pour off liquid into spray bottle.. Apply the sop after 1 hour into BBQ (@325 deg) and every 30 minutes thereafter.. This sop is good for all meats.. When cooking USE YOUR THERMOMETER,,, Brisket @ 195 wrap it & @ 200 pull it... cool down and to save moisture dont cut it until @ 150 and serve...
