How to make it

  • Pour 2 T. oil into large saute pan or wok. Heat on medium high till ready.. Add rice. Cook till heated through. Add onion, ham and mushrooms. Cook 2 minutes more. Stir in eggs. Mix soy sauce and water together. Gradually pour into rice mixture until it reaches a salt y soy flavor you like. Cook another 2 minutes or so, stirring continuously. Serve piping hot!!!
