How to make it

  • In a 4 quart pot add water flour and home made stock or broth and turkey.
  • Peel cut and cut into fours potatoes add to pot.
  • Cut and chop carrots add to pot
  • Cut and chop garlic add to pot
  • Peel and cut onion add to pot
  • Next add dill weed salt and pepper and oregano
  • Cook on med heat for 2 hours
  • Home made stock
  • In a 4 quart pot add water any left over turkey and table scraps
  • Add dill weed, oregano and salt and pepper
  • Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours
