How to make it

  • Boil chicken and save stock.
  • Saute onion and bell pepper in 2 tablespoons margarine.
  • Add 2 cups chicken stock
  • Add pagckage of long grain & wild rice.
  • Cover and cook until rice is done.
  • Mix all ingredients together and place in buttered pyrex dish about 10x15 or 13x9-inch.
  • The mixture should be 1 1/2-inch to 2 inches thick.
  • Bake at 350^F about 20 minutes.
  • Just before done you may sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Serve warm.
