How to make it

  • Place Stockpot of the water over high heat and bring to a boil. Remove from heat then squeezed out the most of the lemon and lime juice from the fruits and mix into the boiling water. Include shells of the fruit. Stir, cover, allow to cool.
  • Once cool, strain the juice through a fine sieve and use the spoon to press out the juice from the shells. Stir in the sugar and serve over ice.
