How to make it

  • Brown the seitan in a large pan and set aside. Sauté the onions, mushrooms, tarragon, nutmeg, bay leaf. Season with black pepper and tamari. Mix the sour cream, flour and broth and add to the pan. Heat thoroughly, then add the seitan and frozen peas. Add the cooked egg noodles. Mix well and serve.
