Chicken And Rice Mashup

Just a simple throw together using leftovers.
Ingredients
- 3 Cups chicken cooked and chopped shopping list
- 2 Cups chicken broth shopping list
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes shopping list
- 4 Cups Mixed Veggies shopping list
- 2 Cups Prepared rice shopping list
- 1 Tbsp parsley shopping list
- 1/2 Tbsp oregano shopping list
- 1/2 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- 1 Cup cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 Tbsp flour shopping list
- 2 Cups milk shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook Rice to package Directions
- Using Milk, Butter and Flour make a roux till slightly thickened
- Heat Broth and Bouillon cubes until dissolved
- Add all ingredients to 8x 12 casserole dish
- Mix well
- Bake for 30 mins. at 350*
- Sprinkle Cheese over top of casserole bake for another 10 mins.
- Serve with Biscuits.
