- 25 fluid ounces balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/2 oz of chopped mixed fresh herbs (thyme, savory, basil, oregano and a bay leaf) shopping list
- and fresh herbs, for bottling shopping list
How to make it
- First mix the herbs and the vinegar together in a glass jar.
- Then seal the jar and leave in a warm place for 2 weeks, shaking often.
- Next you want to strain the vinegar through cheesecloth and then through the coffee filter paper.
- Finally you want to pour into sterilize bottles the add 2-3 sprigs of fresh herbs to each bottle.
- Seal with lid!
