How to make it

  • First mix the herbs and the vinegar together in a glass jar.
  • Then seal the jar and leave in a warm place for 2 weeks, shaking often.
  • Next you want to strain the vinegar through cheesecloth and then through the coffee filter paper.
  • Finally you want to pour into sterilize bottles the add 2-3 sprigs of fresh herbs to each bottle.
  • Seal with lid!
