Ingredients
  • 25 fluid ounces balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 oz of chopped mixed fresh herbs (thyme, savory, basil, oregano and a bay leaf)
  • and fresh herbs, for bottling

Directions
  1. First mix the herbs and the vinegar together in a glass jar.
  2. Then seal the jar and leave in a warm place for 2 weeks, shaking often.
  3. Next you want to strain the vinegar through cheesecloth and then through the coffee filter paper.
  4. Finally you want to pour into sterilize bottles the add 2-3 sprigs of fresh herbs to each bottle.
  5. Seal with lid!
