Comfort Steamed Roast (chicken)

- chicken – 1 kg 4 tikka slices (give them deep cuts) shopping list
- vinegar – 4 tbsp shopping list
- ginger garlic powder – 1 tbsp shopping list
- salt – 1 tsp shopping list
- 2- shopping list
- Marination for Chicken: shopping list
- Ingredients: shopping list
- yogurt – 250g shopping list
- Achar Gosht masala 50gms shopping list
- Chinese salt (Mono Sodiam Gultamate) – 2 tsp shopping list
- ginger garlic powder – 1 tbsp shopping list
- lemon juice – 2 tbsp shopping list
- salt – to 5gms shopping list
- red chili powder.10gms shopping list
- orange colour – few drops shopping list
- star anise-2 shopping list
- bay leaves shopping list
- salt – to taste shopping list

How to make it
- 1-
- Apply vinegar and salt on chicken slices, leave for half an hour. Then deep fry in hot oil until it turns golden brown and it’s done more then half. Then take it out from the oil and let them cool down.
- 2-
- Mix all above ingredients and apply on fried chicken slices, leave for half an hour. Put bay leaves & star Anise in water for aroma then steam on medium heat for half an hour. Then serve this steam Roast with Chili Garlic Sauce/Mint Sauce or Mayo garlic.
