How to make it

  • Apply vinegar and salt on chicken slices, leave for half an hour. Then deep fry in hot oil until it turns golden brown and it’s done more then half. Then take it out from the oil and let them cool down.
  • 2-
  • Mix all above ingredients and apply on fried chicken slices, leave for half an hour. Put bay leaves & star Anise in water for aroma then steam on medium heat for half an hour. Then serve this steam Roast with Chili Garlic Sauce/Mint Sauce or Mayo garlic.
