Corn Flake Hash Brown Casserole

- 2 lb bag ORE-IDA hashbrown (thawed a little) shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (I always use more) shopping list
- small to medium white onion shopping list
- 1 can cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1 pint (16 oz.) sour cream shopping list
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese (I use sharp) shopping list
- 1 stick butter (or margarine) shopping list
- 2 cups corn flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all together (except butter and corn flakes)
- Grease glass dish with butter and fill with mix
- Melt stick of butter and drizzle over potatoes
- Spread corn flakes on top of butter (I like to crumble the flakes a little)
- Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes
