How to make it

  • Add Chicken to crock pot
  • Sprinkle seasoning mix over chicken
  • Place Cream Cheese in crock pot ( I cubed mine and just tossed it in)
  • Pour soup over top
  • Cook on low for 4 hours.
  • If sauce is too thick, add a little milk.
  • Serve over pasta
