  • Vegan macaroni and cheese Boil macaroni noodles Chop 1 large purple onions Chop 1 bunch of broccoli Chop 1 red bell pepper Chopped spinach Sauté everything in a pan with olive oil Drain macaroni noodles and cap full of oil season with garlic salt and pepper To evenly melt the cheese 1 cup Of vegetable broth. This time i had some left over Homemade vegan cream of mushroom soup so used that instead of veggie stock and it was better then I had it before. Stir in everything with 1 block of vegan cheese on the stove on hi heat Then place in baking pan bake at 450 for 20 minutes.
