How to make it

  • Rinse chicken; pat dry.
  • In large skillet or wok, over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Cook chicken and garlic until chicken is no longer pink; set aside.
  • In skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil.
  • Stir in flour.
  • Mix in chicken broth.
  • Heat mixture to boiling, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice, sugar, lemon peel, and dill. Mix in chicken and almonds.
  • Use salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice.
