How to make it

  • Mix dry ingredient: flour, salt,baking soda,white sugar.In another bowl, mix brown sugar,oil,almond extract until well blended.Pour in vanilla cream to oil mix.Combine dry ingredients and cream mix until well moistened. Fold in chocolate-raisin-oats.Drop by rounded teaspoonful on a greased cookie sheet.Bake 10-15 minutes at 375F or until edges are golden brown.Cool and transfer.
