Thai Dressing For Thai Vermicelli

- COMBINE AND BRING TO BOIL: shopping list
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, room temp. shopping list
- 3 T. light soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken stock shopping list
- 3 T. honey, room temp. shopping list
- 2 T. sesame oil shopping list
- 2 T. minced ginger shopping list
- 2 T. red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 T. minced garlic shopping list
- 1 T. sugar shopping list
- 1 T. Asian chili sauce shopping list
How to make it
- After the dressing comes to a boil, remove from heat and allow to cool and set aside until needed for the Thai Vermicelli.
- Warning. This Thai dressing is addictive. (Just the flavor!) Peanut butter and honey smooth and sweeten it. The ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and chili sauce add pep. The hoisin and red wine vinegar tie it all together.
