  • After the dressing comes to a boil, remove from heat and allow to cool and set aside until needed for the Thai Vermicelli.
  • Warning. This Thai dressing is addictive. (Just the flavor!) Peanut butter and honey smooth and sweeten it. The ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and chili sauce add pep. The hoisin and red wine vinegar tie it all together.
