- Ingredients shopping list
- 200 gms French beans shopping list
- 200 gms carrot shopping list
- 2 potatoes shopping list
- 450 gms cabbage shopping list
- 2 capsicums shopping list
- 6 garlic (lehsun) cloves , crushed shopping list
- 3 onions , sliced shopping list
- 3/4 cup parboiled green peas shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sprouted moong (whole green gram) shopping list
- 2 tsp chilli powder shopping list
- 3/4 cup coarsely powdered peanuts shopping list
- 3/4 cup boiled noodles shopping list
- 2 tsp soy sauce shopping list
- 4 tbsp oil shopping list
How to make it
- Method
- Cut the french beans, carrots and potatoes into cubes.
- Shred the cabbage and capsicum finely.
- Heat the oil in a vessel, add the garlic and cook on a high flame for 1/2 minute.
- Add the onions and fry until pale in colour.
- Add the chilli powder and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the french beans, carrots, potatoes and cook for at least 4 minutes.
- Add the green peas, sprouted moong, cabbage and capsicum and cook again for a few minutes.
- Finally add the peanuts, noodles, soya sauce and chilli sauce.
- Serve hot.
