How to make it

  • Step 1: Heat oil in a pan. Add whole black pepper
  • Step 2: Add onion, ginger, garlic, carrot and saute for 2 mins, till onion turns translucent
  • Step 3: Add tomato, coriander, basil, celery and vegetable stock. Bring it to boil
  • Step 4: Add tomato ketchup, salt, black pepper powder, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and keep stirring
  • Step 5: Add orange pieces, boil for few minutes
  • Step 6: Grind the mixture. Strain with soup strainer in a pan and add orange squash. Bring it to boil once again
