Stuffed Peppers

This is a recipe I created to mimic a reciped my mom created. This is a easy and delicious recipe that has become a huge hit. I recommend you try this recipe and pass it on. Don't be fooled by the name, you don't actually stuff the peppers.
Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 2 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 (8oz) pkg shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 large handful shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1/2 bottle CHOLULA hot sauce shopping list
- 10 ancient sweet peppers or 6 (red, orange or yellow) bell peppers shopping list
How to make it
- Cut off top, butterfly or cut in half and deseed peppers. Mix together the rest of the ingredients. Fill peppers with cheese mixture. Bake @ 400° for 30-40 mins. Peppers with feel soft if poked with fork when done. Allow to cool a few minutes and enjoy.
