Gail's Pumpkin Pie

- 1 29oz can pumpkin shopping list
- 1 c granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 c brown sugar shopping list
- 1 t salt shopping list
- 1 t cinnamon shopping list
- 1 t ginger shopping list
- 2 c milk (whole milk or mix of whole and evaporated) shopping list
- 4 lg. eggs shopping list
- 2 unbaked pie crusts shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine pumpkin, sugars and spices with mixer in large bowl. Mix in milk and eggs. Pour into pie shells and bake for 10 mins at 425 then reduce temp. to 325 for 40-50 mins. more. Cover edges of crust if they brown before filling is done. Pies are done when center is 'almost' set. Sprinkle top of warm pies with cinnamon
