How to make it

  • Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Beat in yolk, vanilla, and almond.
  • Gradually blend in flour, salt and cinnamon which have been sifted together.
  • Fill cookie press and crank dough onto ungreased cookie sheet (I spray mine with Pam). You may need to fill the press and let it sit in the refrigerator a few minutes before pressing them onto the sheet. If the butter gets too warm they will run.
  • Bake on 350* for 10-11 minutes. Remove from the cookie sheet almost at once.
