How to make it

  • Blend ice cream,half and half in a whirligig until smooth.
  • Add chopped chestnuts and Lindt chocolate,whirl around a bit more.
  • Add the rum and feel for the pulse.
  • Pour into an icy blue vessel,hold on to the neck,and cover softly with a blanket of dissolved sugar that has been warmed in a copper skillet until golden chestnut in color.Guarding carefully as the whirl of heavy whipping cream is added to the mix.
