How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350°F for metal and glass pans. 325°F for dark or coated pans. Grease sides and bottom of each pan with shortening or oil spray. Flour lightly. (Use baking cups for cupcakes.)
  • When cooked throughly, cook the cupcakes until easy to handle.
  • Cut off tops of cupcake so the top is flat instead of rounded,
  • Flip the cupcake upside down and cut a hole in the center of the bottom of the cupcake.
  • Drizzle melted creamcheese icing on cake and set for 10 minutes.
