- 1 Tablespoon mustard,prepared shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sea salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke shopping list
- 1 teaspoon celery Seed shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground,Red and green peppercorns shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne Peeper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 3 Drops hot pepper sauce shopping list
- ~ Pleasing Pair Pepper ~ shopping list
- 3 and 1/2 Cups sugar shopping list
- 1 and 1/4 Cups green peppers,finely minced shopping list
- 3/4 Cup hot peppers,finely minced shopping list
- 3/4 Cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
- Two pouches...three ounces each...Liquid pectin shopping list
- 1/2 Cup sultana Green raisins shopping list
- ~ In A Pinch pickles ~ shopping list
- 1 Quart hamburger dill pickles,sliced shopping list
- 2 Cups sugar shopping list
- 1/2 Cup tarragon wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon celery Seed shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Powdered mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried red pepper Particles shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
How to make it
- ~ Bar S Sauce ~
- Combine all ingredients in a nice size saucepan.
- Simmer uncovered over low heat for about twenty minutes.
- Remove from heat,cool,and store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
- ~ Pleasing Pair Peppers ~
- Combine sugar,peppers,and vinegar in a comparable sized saucepan,bring to boil,boil for about five minutes.
- Stir in the liquid pectin,stirring constantly,bring to a rolling boil once again,and remain for about a minute.
- Remove from heat and skim off foam.
- Stir in the raisins.
- Pour into jars,cap,cool,and refrigerate.
- ~ In A Pinch Pickles ~
- Drain pickles in colander,and rinse.
- Combine remaining ingredients in the right size saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Pack pickles into two pints jars,pour syrup over pickles,cap,cool,and place in refrigeration for at least six to eight hours.
