How to make it

  • ~ Bar S Sauce ~
  • Combine all ingredients in a nice size saucepan.
  • Simmer uncovered over low heat for about twenty minutes.
  • Remove from heat,cool,and store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • ~ Pleasing Pair Peppers ~
  • Combine sugar,peppers,and vinegar in a comparable sized saucepan,bring to boil,boil for about five minutes.
  • Stir in the liquid pectin,stirring constantly,bring to a rolling boil once again,and remain for about a minute.
  • Remove from heat and skim off foam.
  • Stir in the raisins.
  • Pour into jars,cap,cool,and refrigerate.
  • ~ In A Pinch Pickles ~
  • Drain pickles in colander,and rinse.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in the right size saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and cool.
  • Pack pickles into two pints jars,pour syrup over pickles,cap,cool,and place in refrigeration for at least six to eight hours.
