How to make it

  • Put cranberries in a heavy bottomed sauce pan & add other ingredients & stir. Cook over high heat until the mixture comes to a boil, stirring often. Reduce to simmer. Grate the peel from the orange on a coarse grater & add to the mixture. If desired, remove membrane from orange, chop the pulp & add it to the relish. Add a T of Grand Marnier or Triple Sec at this point if desired. Simmer about 30-45 minutes, stirring frequently.
