Broska (dalmatian Sauerkraut)

- 300 g sauerkraut shopping list
- 10 g lard shopping list
- 1 cup wine (white, dry) shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
How to make it
- Wash sauerkraut in water.
- Heat lard and add sauerkraut, pour wine and add bay leaf.
- Cook about 20-30 minutes or until sauerkraut become soft and translucent.
- Add some water during cooking to prevent burning. Serve hot with BBQ meat.
