How to make it
- Peal the root, grate horseradish.
- Make béchamel sauce: melt butter, add flour and stir.
- Add milk slowly and stir until you get creamy sauce. Add just a pinch of nutmeg (optional).
- Add salt and grated horseradish, stir well and keep warm. Serve.
