How to make it

  • Peal the root, grate horseradish.
  • Make béchamel sauce: melt butter, add flour and stir.
  • Add milk slowly and stir until you get creamy sauce. Add just a pinch of nutmeg (optional).
  • Add salt and grated horseradish, stir well and keep warm. Serve.
