Paprika Pork & Pepper

- 800g diced pork shopping list
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes shopping list
- 1 large onion, roughly chopped shopping list
- 2 red bell peppers, diced shopping list
- 3 small carrots, sliced shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed shopping list
- 300ml chicken stock shopping list
- 1 tsp crushed chilli shopping list
- 3 tsp smoked paprika shopping list
- 2 tbsp of oil shopping list
How to make it
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a heavy based pan and fry the pork over a high heat until browned
- Add the onion, bell pepper, carrots, garlic, chicken stock, tinned tomatoes, crushed chilli, and smoked paprika
- Cover, and cook over a slow heat for 90 mins, the longer you cook it, the more tender the pork will become.
