How to make it

  • Fresh anchovies put into flour. Let the flour cover all fish.
  • Heat the oil in large frying pot and put anchovies into hot oil. Fry not more than 2 minutes.
  • Remove fish with hollow spoon and put onto paper towel to soak fat form fish. Serve hot.

    Looks very interesting! Do you just eat them whole, head and all? What type of side dish or dipping sauce would you traditionally use? Sorry, I'm curious :)
