Slim Caesar Salad

- 2 cups torn romaine leaves shopping list
- 1 serving all-natural whole-grain crackers (see package for serving size), broken into small pieces shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh shredded Parmesan shopping list
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- dash cracked black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Toss the romaine with the olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper. Top with the Parmesan and crackers.
