Green-tea Chicken With Avocado Corn Salad

- 1 1/2 cups field greens or baby romaine shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup jarred all-natural salsa shopping list
- 1/2 cup sweet corn, frozen and thawed or kernels shopping list
- 3 ounces cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced shopping list
- 1/4 medium avocado shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon green-tea leaves shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon zest shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the tea leaves with the pepper, garlic powder, lemon zest.
- Toss the chicken with green-tea mixture, and set aside.
- Toss the greens and onion with the sa lsa to coat. Transfer the greens to a bowl, and top with the corn and then the chicken and avocado.
