How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 350' F.
  • Toss the cooked spaghetti squash with the quinoa and Italian seasonings. Fold in spinach, mushrooms, marinara, and turkey. Transfer to a small glass dish, sprinkle with the slivered almonds, cover with foil, and bake at 350'F for fifteen minutes. Remove foil and bake another three to five minutes, or until the almonds look toasted.
