Herbed Turkey And Spinach "Spaghetti' Bake

- 1 cup cooked spaghetti squash, shopping list
- 1/4 cup baby spinach shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 cup all-natural marinara sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup cooked red quinoa shopping list
- 3 ounces cooked extra-lean (99 percent lean) ground turkey shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds shopping list
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 350' F.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti squash with the quinoa and Italian seasonings. Fold in spinach, mushrooms, marinara, and turkey. Transfer to a small glass dish, sprinkle with the slivered almonds, cover with foil, and bake at 350'F for fifteen minutes. Remove foil and bake another three to five minutes, or until the almonds look toasted.
