  • In a small dish, whisk together the orange juice, vinegar, and ginger, and then add the scallions. On the stove top over medium heat, using nonstick spray, saute the vegetables with the ginger sauce until the pepper slices are slightly tend er. Fill the bottom of a salad bowl with the rice. Top with the sauteed vegetables and then the salmon, and garnish with the sesame seeds.
