How to make it

  • Pour 2/3 of the dough mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Cover with pie filling and then cover with the remaining batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden. Enjoy plain, with whipped cream or ice cream. You can also drizzle with a powdered sugar icing.
