How to make it

  • grind or blend shallots, garlic, soaked dried chilly and ginger into paste
  • heat oil and stir fry the paste until its looks dry and light
  • add tamarind juice and a glass of water and let it boil
  • add in the sliced onion
  • put some salt and stir live it for 3 mins
  • add in the sardines/mackerel together with the tomato sauce
  • live to cook for about 10 mins
  • now its ready to serve.
  • enjoy your meal!
