Nilagang Pata Ng Baboy

- 1 whole pork pata (front or back), sliced shopping list
- 1 whole yellow corn, sliced with cob on shopping list
- 1 small pechay baguio, separated and sliced in half shopping list
- 3 large potatoes, cut into wedges shopping list
- 2 whole onions, quartered shopping list
- 4 tbsp. patis (to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- place the pata sliced pork pata in a big casserole and cover with enough water
- boil the pata until tender
- throw in all the vegetables and continue to boil, covered, until the vegetables are tender
- add in patis to desired saltiness
- serve with steamed rice
