How to make it

  • Brush chicken fillets with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and grill until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Cut bacon into small pieces and fry in oil until crispy.
  • Slice chicken thinly and place in a large salad bowl with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and garlic croutons.
  • Toss with Caesar dressing and serve with a garnish of parmesan shavings.
  • To prepare Caesar dressing place egg yolk, garlic, lemon juice, mustard and anchovies in a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Gradually add oil and continue blending until dressing thickens.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
