Mango Passionfruit Jam Glaze For Pork Chops Or Fish

i had some mango passion fruit jam i needed to use up and thought that it would go great with pork chops.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mango passion fruit jam or any jam you like shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon roasted garlic paste shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon grated ginger shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon plus equal amount of water shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- length of lemongrass smashed up shopping list
- 2-4 pork chops, cut of choice, i used loin chops but bone-in would work just fine shopping list
- could also be used to top fish, i plan on trying again with some snapper tonight shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- lemon zest shopping list
How to make it
- place all ingredients in pan and simmer to reduce. cook protein of choice to liking serve glaze on top. side with rice and veggies
